30-Day Return Policy

At Secrets and Lace LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the shipped date. Products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Additionally, all returns must include any original parts, cords, controls, and accessories.
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used items are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and me.

We ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, then credit will be issued. If item seems to be damaged or opened, no credit or refund will be made and you will not recieve the item back.
